General terms and conditions

§1 Area of application
The deal between Liquid-Shop and the private client is

based only on the underneath mentioned conditions.

§2 Order and right of withdrawal
Orders, which will be realized through this webpage, are

subject to the following conditions.

In case of unforced errors in the area of

product-description or pricing, Liqu -Shop reserves

itself the right of withdrawal.

In case of delivery-problems caused by a provider or

producer, Liquid-Shop reserves the option to offer an

alternative or withdraw from the sales-contract.


In case of withdrawal, the advance-payment will be paid

back to the client immediately. Claim for damages is

excluded.


Within the period of seven days the client obtains the

right of withdrawal. In this case the cost of the

reconsignment of the product has to be paid by the

client. The purchase price will be refunded. Only products,

especially designed for the client are excluded from this

arrangement.


§3 Delivery

Minimum age: 18 years

In case of non-adherence, Liquid-Shop, reserves the right

to neglect the deal.

The contract-goods will be committed either in Spain or

in Germany to a logistical delivering service.

In the moment of delivering to the mail-service the deed

of purchase is regarded as fulfilled, on the part of

LiquidShop.

The correct delivery to the addressee is in the

responsibility of the mail-service. Delivery to the mail

service will be done either in Spain or Germany.


§4 Payment

The purchase-price has to be paid in advance, in the

moment of ordering.

The client confirms the deal with the transference of the

order value or by paypal

Delivering will be effected at once after receiving the

payment


§5 Guarantee claims

In case of deficiency, due to the responsibility of

Liquid-Shop, Liquid-Shop reserves the right to remove the

deficiency or replace it.

In case Liquid-Shop is unable to remove the fault or

replace it adequately, the client reserves the right to

withdraw the contract.

Requirement to cancel is a reasonable period of notice.

Should the client, within this period, not be served to

his satisfaction, the sales-contract is regarded as

invalid.

Damage claims are excluded.


§6 Data protection

Liquid-shop is obliged to observe confidentiality, in

order to protect the personal information about the

clients, which are necessary to fulfil the

sales-contract. They are exclusively used for the

execution of the contract and service-activities, such as

newsletters


The client agrees explicitly to this arrangement.
